France-Israel Innovation Day

The first  ever France-Israel Innovation Day event took place on Monday, December 5, 2011, in Paris in the presence of Mr. Eric Besson, French Minister for Industry, Energy and the Digital Economy, and his counterpart Mr. Shalom Simhon, Israeli Minister of Industry, Trade and Labor (see the website of the French Foreign Ministry).
The event was jointly organized by the French Ministry for the Economy, Finance and Industry and the Israeli Ministry of Industry, Trade and Labor and made it possible to bring together more than 70 Israeli companies specializing in nanotechnology, alternative energy sources and information and communication technology, and more than 300 French companies including major groups such as Alstom, Alcatel Lucent and Orange. In light of the success of this inaugural event, both sides have committed to holding similar France-Israel Innovation Day events every year, alternately in France and Israel.

  1. I’d personally really like to retire in San Raphael, France on the Mediterranean Sea. It is so gorgeous! I’d also do the job on learning French since pretty few men and women there speak English.
